MARINA ALLEGRINI

01 about
I am a senior at Illinois State University pursuing a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications and majoring in public relations with a minor in sociology. I am interested in expanding my knowledge about social media and marketing brands. In this portfolio, I have included some of the past work I have done. I am eager to build connections and learn further about what it takes to achieve my future goals.
My hobbies include doing makeup, posting content on my social media platforms, exercising, and cooking. I hope to pursue a career involving my passions in life.
Within my past four years at Illinois State University, I have had the opportunity to gain better writing skills, advance my knowledge about networking, and improve my speaking skills. Through the assignments I have submitted for classes, I have created press releases, feature stories, social media content, and also held a marketing position for a sorority I was in, Chi Omega.

Special Circumstances: This Strategic Organizational Plan was created for a class, COM 378 Public Relations Management And Research. This was a group project that included a total of seven members. I held different roles each week for this project that consisted of research and editing the cohesiveness of the project.

2. If the Starbucks Corporation improved their internal and external operations by 60% by May, 2023, our plan would have been successful.
